„From My Book of Melodies„, a collection of beautiful romantic piano works by Alma Deutscher, will be released on November 8, 2019 by Sony Classical.
Alma started hearing melodies in her mind aged 4. She’s been composing since that early age, starting with simple musical pieces and arriving to a full lenght opera (Cinderella) and concerts for violin and orchestra and piano and orchestra.
The upcoming album owes its name to the notebook that Alma’s carrying with her and on which she puts down the melodies that comes to her mind. The CD, a collection of eleven pieces that Alma composed between ages 4 and 14 , was recorded at the beginning of 2019 at Fazioli Concert Hall in Sacile (PN).
